1. Digital Products
All our products are delivered in digital format (PDF guides, e-books, and other downloadable resources).
Due to the instant and irrevocable nature of digital delivery, all sales are final and no returns or refunds will be issued once the product has been delivered, except as required by law.
2. Exceptions for Refunds
We may approve a refund in the following situations:

Duplicate Purchase – You accidentally purchased the same product more than once accidentally.

Technical Issues – You were unable to access or download the product due to a technical error on our system.

Misrepresentation – The product received is significantly different from the description on our website.
If your situation qualifies, you must contact us within 48 hours of purchase.

However, by completing your purchase and downloading our digital products, you acknowledge that you waive your statutory right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, where applicable.
